I provide individual psychotherapy to clients aged 16 through adulthood. I welcome those seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, eating disordered behavior, sexual abuse and trauma, women’s issues, and relationship concerns. I work from a psychodynamic perspective and incorporate many practical cognitive behavioral techniques. My therapeutic style is filled with authenticity, respect, warmth, empathy, and humor. I like to ask questions that make people reconsider what have seemed like life’s “givens.” I challenge people to take the risk to envision what is possible, and grow into their full potential.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and completed my post-doctoral training at Cambridge Eating Disorder Center. I am licensed to practice psychology in Massachusetts (9170), and I am a member of the American Psychological Association.
